We aren’t area natives but picked Stewart Baxter funeral home because we had experienced other services there and they encompass everything we wanted for our final earthly farewell for our mother. Todd was gracious, kind and generous with his sympathy and time. Our mother was presented in such a soft and peaceful manner after having such a difficult last year of her life journey. The staff at Stewart Baxter were so kind and caring when our mom passed away. They took the time to learn about her and our wishes for her viewing and service. They even reached out the night she passed away to check on us and see if there was anything we needed. They helped my dad tremendously after her service with directions on who to call and arrangements to be made following her death. They reached out to each of us girls to check on us and see if we were in need of any support. I truly felt cared for. I would highly recommend Stewart Baxter to anyone in need of their services.

My family and I said good-bye to our mother a week ago, and Jacob and all the staff at Stewart Baxter were so caring, compassionate, attentive, and absolutely amazing in all they did to make the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible for us. When our father passed away 14 years ago we used a different local funeral home, and while we were satisfied with their services, Stewart Baxter took it to another level. We felt completely cared for and took such comfort in the fact that we did not have to worry about anything.
