To the family of Mr Sailor I extend my condolences,
I was looking at the pictures of the legion baseball team and I think in that picture my father is in the front row, 2nd person from the right in uniform, his name was Bernard Short and he graduated from Lisbon high school in 1947 ,I was wondering if you had any names for the players in the picture.
You can contact me at 319-389-0343 my name is Bob Short .
His family also was raised in Lisbon
Unfortunately, we did not have any names to go with the sports team photos.
Scott- thanks for responding, I really appreciate it.
Unfortunately all my dads brothers and sisters have passed away. And I don’t think that I have any other people that I can talk to.
Thanks again for responding.
Scott, what is your relationship to Phil? I have quite a bit of family history on the Sailor family, and would love to share if you are interested.
