Linda Yeries

Linda Mae Yeries, 78, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2026. Memorial Mass: 10 a.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Cedar Rapids. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the Mass. Inurnment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Arrangements are with Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids.

Linda was born in Cedar Rapids on September 23, 1947, to Leo and Mary (Kozlik) Yeries. She attended LaSalle High School. She will be remembered for her deep love of her friends and family, teddy bears, and Elvis. With a little spice, Linda faced life boldly and unapologetically.

Linda is survived by her nieces, Jessica Michael and Cari Meyer and aunts, Lottie Yeries and Helen Kozlik.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gene Yeries.
