Bob Wallace

April 30, 1959 ~ December 22, 2016

Robert 'Bob' Willard Wallace, 57, of Lisbon, went home Thursday December 22, 2016. Join us in a Celebration of Life Gathering from 12 p.m. ' 3 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2016, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Mount Vernon. Survivors include his wife, Anna; son, Dakota Murphy; brothers, Mike (Diane) and Tom Wallace; sisters, Nancy Wallace and Janet (Galen) Saunders; and many extended family members. Robert Willard Wallace was born April 30, 1959, in Maquoketa, Iowa, to Thomas and Patricia (Smith) Wallace. Together since 1986, Bob married Anna Murphy on December 13, 2014. He was a master diesel mechanic'the best diesel mechanic ever. He was a loyal, kind person with a heart of gold who liked to prank people, was full of stories, and smiled with his eyes. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Christy. Thank you to Lisbon and Mount Vernon Community members who have helped out so much. Bob says, 'Let's have a beer.'
