She graduated from Jefferson High School and went on to earn her nursing degree from St. Luke’s School of Nursing. Throughout her career, she served as a compassionate nurse in a variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and home health care.

While she deeply loved her work in nursing, her true passion was music. Known for her beautiful voice and lively tambourine playing, she performed with local bands, including Aftershock. For more than 30 years, she and Mike owned and operated Gray Wolf Karaoke, bringing joy and entertainment to audiences across the area.

Normandy had a deep love for animals and was the quintessential neighborhood “cat lady.” She also enjoyed sci-fi movies, trying her luck at the slot machines, and traveling the world. Among her favorite destinations were Prague, Germany, and Ireland.
