What a treat to have known her at the Solon Care Center. She always seemed up-beat and happy to see you. I would always say Velma, Velma, Velma when meeting her. She would respond with either “that’s me” or “hi Honey”. She is one of two residents that really had an impact on the staff members and will be deeply missed. Jeff/Solon Care Center Maintenance
I loved my encounters with Velma at the musing home. She was beautiful, mischievous soul who brought joy into my life during a very challenging time. She is missed but I am happy she is at peace. God Bless you my dear friend! Anne
