Teresa 'Teri' Grimm, 62, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Mercy Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Visitation: 4:30-6:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2025, with a prayer service starting at 4:00 p.m., Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids. Private family burial: Mount Calvary Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 18, 4:00-7:00 p.m., at CJ's Sport Bar and Grill, Cedar Rapids.
Teri was born on December 31, 1962, in Marengo, Iowa, the daughter of Glenn and Doris (Johnson) Grimm. She attended Hamilton Business College.
Teri enjoyed playing bingo, bowling, baking, shopping, going to casinos, and was an avid Steelers fan. She cared deeply for everyone she met, especially her children, grandkids, and family.
Teri is survived by her children, Tyson (Sherice) Grimm and Taylor (Rayford) Grimm; grandchildren, Judaiah, Jayli, Julian, Sa'Niyah, Sa'Kari, and Sa'Miera; siblings, Kim (Jerry) Levitan, Tim Grimm, Trent Grimm, Keri (Larry) Pilcher, Kristi (Robert) O'Shea, Kammi Grimm, and Tammi (Matthew) Lewis; and many extended family members.
Teri was preceded in death by her parents, lifetime partner, Willie Cunningham, and brother, Kent Grimm.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.

My name is Maria Binger and my kids grew up with Taylor and Terry always welcome them over to their house more than I would ever lol as the girls got older and have children of their own, we often would be the grandma’s at every event whether it was celebrating the life of one of their close friends, they lost or celebrating the birthday of one of the many Children that became our grandchildren. We always said we were the cool grandmas that were everywhere with our kids, especially remember hanging out at lost Island where all the kids played I always thought wow she’s a great grandma just like me. My prayers got to Taylor and her family and all the people that will greatly miss her. I’m glad to have known her and I’m here for you Taylor. If you need anything, love you guys rest in paradise Terry you will definitely be missed by many keep her kids and her grandbabies in your prayers. Everyone love you guys.

I was so sad to hear of Teri’s passing. Teri was a sweet lady that I will remember fondly from her times at bingo at Just Jules. My heartfelt condolences and prayers to her entire family. Eternal Rest Grant unto Teri, Oh Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her!
