Stephanie Dietze, 30, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021, at home. Graveside Service: 12 p.m. Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Arrangements Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her children, Tavien Pledge, James, Jaylin, and Jackson Barton; parents, Ricky Dietze and Christina Myers (Ron Stark); siblings, Ashley Dietze and David Dietze (Lynnette Harwick); grandparents; many extended family members, and several friends.
Stephanie Ann Dietze was born August 16, 1991, in Cedar Rapids, to Ricky Dietze and Christina (Myers). She attended Prairie and Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids. Stephanie had eclectic tastes in music and television, and lived in the moment. She experienced a tough life, but was a sweet gal, strong-willed woman, and was a bit stubborn. She didn't take any crap from anyone. She enjoyed social media and having dance parties to let loose with her kids, friends, and family. The most important aspect of her life were her children'she spent her days focused on caring for and loving them.
She was preceded in death by her favorite dog, Missy.
