Stella had an incredible fighting spirit. She had resolute strength and determination conquering her battles with cancer. She loved her family as well as God. She will be dearly missed, especially her quick wit, baking expertise, birthday and holiday celebratory style, undying caring and support, as well as unwavering love to those around her.
Stella's family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors who gave her more time, including Dr. Leila Kutteh, Dr. Kevin Murray and the incredible staff at Hall-Perrine Cancer Center, the compassionate staff and volunteers at Mercy Hospice, along with the thoughtful support from Synergy and Immaculate Conception Church including Father Chris and his staff.
Memorials may be directed toward a memorial stone at Hall-Perrine Cancer Center.
When one life ends, another begins. Don't be saddened by the impermanence of it. Instead, just love one another and yourselves. Stella would have wanted it that way.
I worked with Stella for many years, and will always remember her ready smile and warm personality. I’ve been lucky to have known her!
She use to work with my dad Al Sorensen at United Fire. She would always make extra Christmas cookies for my dad to bring home after he got off of work. The peanut butter balls where my favorite.
Expressing sympathy in the loss of Stella. She was special, always took time to listen to my stories and look at my pictures. Will miss her!
My sympathy to the Bradke family. Stella was very special to me. We worked together at United Fire and kept in touch over the years. She WILL be missed.
Stella was always the warmest and sincere person. I helped her write poems for grandchildren’s special events. She cared dearly for her family and will be missed. Rest in peace Stella. You were a wonderful friend.
Our deepest sympathies to the Bradke family. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. William O’Hare and family.
