Skyler held such a passion in everything he did and achieved many goals. He enjoyed challenging people to darts, pool, dice, and the occasional game of golf. He was quick to help anyone, was his father's third hand and would always put a smile where it was needed. He always loved to be with family and friends that he always considered family. Gary and family, We are saddened to hear of the loss of your son. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
Sending condolences to the families and friends of Skyler and David. I am one of the flaggers on highway 1, I was at the North end when all this happened…..I am so sorry for your loss. May God comfort you during this time of sorrow. God Bless!
To Gary and all of Skyler’s family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I enjoyed bowling with Skyler in Belle Plaine. He always made me laugh and was a great person to know. I hope time will bring you peace as you hold him close to your hearts.
Thank you Barrett for letting me know. I think Skyler was 6-7 last time I saw him and I feel the pain and sadness. I remember his passion for everything and his fear of nothing. What a tremendous loss for Gary & Kathy and family. NO parent should have to go through this EVER. My deepest condolences and heartfelt sorrow during this tragic time. It is a shocking reminder to tell those we love how we feel and that we should experience and enjoy life as God would want, for only HE knows the final chapter. Know that God only calls those early that are worthy of being angels. We will keep him, Gary, Kathy and family in our prayers and will pass on to our priest to pray for him as well. May God bless you and your families and walk with you in your sorrows. Love you guys, Mike
