Phil was born on May 30, 1963, to Charles and Marlys Gregory. He passed away at home on December 4, 2014, with his brother Steve at his side, due to a long illness. He graduated from high school in Central City. In his younger years he was involved in Boy Scouts.
Phil held numerous jobs in his lifetime, most recently as a painter. He was noted to be a hard worker and was talented in many areas of employment.
He had a passion for collecting and loved to find a great bargain. He had a gift with electronics and could put a television or radio back together almost with his eyes closed.
Phil had a warm heart and a great sense of humor. He made many friends in his lifetime.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles (November 7, 2013) and his mother Marlys (September 23, 2014). He is survived by his sister Colleen (Whitters), her husband Jim and his brother Steve. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Lisa Whitters, Jamey Whitters, Curt Whitters, Andrea Anderson and Clayton Gregory.
There will be a celebration of life in Alaska on June 28, 2015, with the burial of Phil's ashes along with the ashes if his mother and father. A donation may be made if so desired to a local food pantry.
