I just learned of the passing of my friend, Pat, this month. Pat and I were friends when she lived in Wichita when she first got her certification as a LSCSW. We both went through Master’s degree programs in social work. Pat and Tom relocated to Iowa after that time. I was deeply moved to learn of your passing at such a young age. My mother also suffered from Lyme disease. Thank you for being an advocate for those with this terrible disease. Pat was a very spirited and courageous lady whose friendship I will never forget. May you rest in peace with the angels. Looking forward to a reunion with you one day. Carol Miller LMSW
