Owen Tyler and Brielly Ann Grendler, stillborn twins of Wesley Grendler and Sarahmarie Lucas, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, December 14, 2013. Family and friends will gather from 1-3 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2013, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids. In addition to their parents they are survived by a big sister, Abigail; maternal grandparents, Betty and Jody Villa; paternal grandparents, Jolene and Gavin Powell, and Lewis and Wendy Grendler; maternal great grandfather, Jesse Lynch; paternal great grandmother, Janice Snyder; maternal great grandmother, Pat Morby; and uncles, Kevin (Lyndsey) Grendler, Zachary Lynch, Austin (Natalie) Grendler, Brandon Halstead, J.D. Dean, and Lane Powell; aunts, Genna Powell and Kara Stewart; and a cousin, Kileah.

I really wish I could be there for you two, but I send my love from South Carolina. You are great parents, and now have two beautiful angels looking down on you. They will always be in your hearts and forever glad they have two amazing parents. The Lord will always be with you through this hard time. Stay strong and I’m always here for the both of you.

My sweet little angels. I can feel y’all’s little spirits all around me. I know our time together was short but it makes me so happy to know y’all will never know what sadness, hurt, worry, anger feels like. Owen Tyler, my first born son, please keep your sister next to you and watch her whilest in heaven. Brielly Ann stay close to your brother, he will protect you up there. Both of you please watch over your big sister Abigail. She loves y’all so much, she talk about y’all all the time. Your daddy misses y’all so much y’all were his first children he loves y’all so much. One day we will be together as a whole family. But until that day comes promise me y’all will spread your wings and soar! I love y’all with all my heart.
