Guestbook

  1. Dave & I send our sincere thoughts & prayers to Yvonne & the Theel family. Niles was a great family man and very talented with his wood carvings. We enjoyed knowing him and will miss him. May he Rest In Peace and May the Perpetual Light Shine Upon Him. Our Deepest Sympathy, Dave & Mary Jo Adams

  2. While I was looking though photos of Grandpa, it was difficult to find one that didn’t have one of us grandkids or great-grandkids climbing on him or one of us in his arms. He wouldn’t have it any other way. He always was there for us and would do anything for us kids! So many wonderful memories! Happy trails, Gramps. We all love you so much!

  3. My Le and I send sincere condolences to the entire Theel family. Niles was a man’s man and protective parent, respected by all of us hanging out at the Theel house during the 60’s. I can still see him sitting in the back row of the Marion theater, with Mrs Theel at a Saturday matinee, keeping a watchful eye on his three pretty girls. What a look the guys would get! A great sense of humor too. It was obvious how proud he was of the whole family. Rest In Peace Niles.

  4. Here’s to remembering a very friendly soul! I remember the instant smile from Niles every time I ran into him (and Yvonne!) at Hy-Vee or Lindale Mall. May you find peace in knowing what a wonderful man he was! With loving memories! Rick and Cyndi Korbel-Abts
