Maximilian Blake Covington, infant son of Blake and Sarah Allard Covington of Mount Vernon, passed away Thursday February 9, 2023, at the University Hospitals in Iowa City. Private family burial will take place in Lisbon St John Catholic Cemetery.Maximilian is survived by his parents, Blake and Sarah; six siblings, Michael, Mitchell, Faith, Matthew, Merrill, Hope; maternal grandfather, Dennis Allard of Mount Vernon; paternal grandmother, Andrea Covington of Kensington, Maryland; paternal grandfather, Lawrence Covington of Mount Vernon; paternal great grandmother, Harriett Pitlik of Cedar Rapids; three uncles, Heath (Molly) Allard, Gabriel (Michelle) Allard, Lawrence (Tracy) Covington; numerous cousins and friends.He is preceded in death by a maternal grandmother, Darlene Allard and cousin, Elliott Allard.
