Marjorie Elaine Lee, 80 of Olin, died Tuesday September 26, 2006 at St. Mary's Hospital, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota from a long illness. Funeral services 9:30 a.m., Saturday at Morgan Funeral and Cremation Choices, Mount Vernon Chapel, by Celebrant Mary Morgan. Burial in Mount Vernon Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., Friday, and beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday in the chapel. Surviving Marjorie are her husband Harry of Olin, two sons: Ray (Pauline) Neff of Lisbon, Kenneth (Leona) Neff of Wahoo, Nebraska; a daughter Gayle (Scott) Nave of Flower Mound, Texas; one sister Marilyn Ridenhouer of St. Louis, Missouri; seven grandchildren: Raymond Neff, Jr., Bradley Neff, Abigail Hawthorne, Jessica Jensen, Nicole Neff, Kelly Neff, Lindsey Neff; and five great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, daughter Lynn Hawthorne, and one brother Kenneth James Housel. Marjorie was born September 19, 1926, at Madison, Nebraska, the daughter of Kenneth and Edna Reese Housel. She graduated from Madison High School, and attended the University of Nebraska. Marjorie married Harry Lee on October 11, 1968 at Lincoln, Nebraska. The couple owned and operated the Lodge of Whispering Pines in Ely, Minnesota for twelve years, moved to Nebraska to care for ailing parents, and to Olin in 2006. Marjorie's loves in life were her husband, children and grandchildren. A memorial fund in Marjorie's honor has been established. On-line condolences: www.morganfuneralchoices.com

My family and I send our heartfelt condolences. When the enemy death strikes our grief can be great. It is at times like this that we need comfort and support whether we are acquainted or not.
