  1. We are deeply sorry for your loss ~ Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services – Cedar Rapids

  2. You will be missed, you are loved and you’re still loved. You only have to wait a little while I’ll come find you.

  3. I only knew Lori for a short time. In that short time she made me and my family feel very welcomed to Iowa. She always had a smile on her face when we would chat during school pickup. We’d usually walk back up the street together chatting away. She was very easy to talk to and joke around with. I’m sorry to hear of her passing. She was a wonderful human being who radiated kindness and warmth. I hope Lori’s family is comforted by their memories.

  4. Lori’s a beautiful and strong woman who…so many times through out her life if someone needed her help with something she would drop whatever she was doing and go to their rescue..she could always lift a person’s spirit with her smiles and just having her there by your side..she was in my life for well over 20 years we shared so much laughter and so many tears. I hope we made each other stronger to face life’s challenges…I am so going to miss her 😥..

  5. Lori always believed in the best in people when no one else did. She touched many people lives and it was always for the better. Lori was a true original, one of a kind. She pushed her children, all of them all five children and all her grandchildren, to be there very best person. She always was family first and the right decision. Very few people in this world who are stubborn in the best ways, Lori wrote the book on this. I will miss her, I will always love her. She saved me from my own self destruction, I know she is watching over all she cares about.

  6. I don’t believe in goodbyes. Only hellos. You were by beginning of friendship and you shall never be my end. Until we meet again dear, sweet friend
