Jennifer 'Jenny' Hebert, 46, of Marion, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Funeral Services: 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids. Visitation: 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be private for the family at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, rural Holland, Iowa. Survivors include her husband, Jason; son, Zachary; mother, Renita Bacon of Hiawatha; sisters, Rebecca Bacon of Des Moines, Iowa, and Sandra (David) Hedrick of Vinton, Iowa; mother-in-law, Nona Cummings of Marion; sister-in-law, Heather (Tim) Smith of Olin; nieces and nephews, Lucas Smith, Keegan Hebert, Olivia Hedrick, and Averi Hedrick; and her faithful companions, Bailey, Izzy, and Brandy. Jenny was born August 8, 1975, in Grundy Center, Iowa, the daughter of Jim and Renita (Fuls) Bacon. She graduated from Grundy Center High School in 1993, where she enjoyed playing the flute and softball. Jenny later attended Capri College for massage therapy and Hamilton College. On June 15, 1996, she married Jason Hebert. They recently celebrated their 25th anniversary. Jenny's work always centered around being a caregiver. She worked for daycare and healthcare organizations, most recently at Mercy Medical Center as a Cardiology Patient Service Coordinator. In her free-time, she loved being with her family and her dogs. Jenny also enjoyed camping, fishing, watching her nieces play softball, and classic MOPAR's. She was preceded in death by her father, Jim; father-in-law, Terry Hebert; and her grandparents.

  4. I remember meeting Jenny when she first started working at Pamida in Grundy Center over 20 years ago. She was so kind, quiet, and a lovely friend. Jenny was an amazing person.. Her love of her pets, video games, and her family brought out so much joy in her. I will miss you Jenny so much! Sending my love to her family especially to Zach and Jason. Jenny will be missed. Love you guys!
