Muriel 'Jeanie' Keith passed away peacefully at her Hiawatha home surrounded by her children on February 6, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents, Merwen L. Taylor and Iris L. Taylor, and her brother, Jim Taylor. Jeanie is survived by her younger brother, Thomas Taylor; her children, Karen (Jeff) Davis, Steven (Robin) Keith, and Juliana Keith; and her grandchildren, Taylor (Danielle) Keith, Simon K. Keith and Oliver G. Keith.
She was known for her tremendous generosity, quick wit, dry sense of humor, and love of people and laughter.

We clicked from day one when I temped for her at Rockwell Collins. She made sure I got a full time job. Loved her humor and honesty. So many mean Jean story’s to remember. I will miss our calls.
I have warm memories of Jeanie from many years ago. After Iris died, I rarely saw Jeanie, but it was a friendly occasion when I did.
