Paulette, Paul, and family
Sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle George. I have very fond memories… the good, the bad, and the ugly… growing up. I always remember how patient and understanding he had with us kids. He was always willing to tell stories and teach us things, which at the time we never thought were important 🙂 I was just telling my husband about him the other day and said when we get back from vacation I was going to go to marshalltown to see him, looks like I missed that opportunity. I always enjoyed visiting with him when I would see him at the VA in Iowa City. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Please let me know when the memorial service is and if I am back I will attend.
