  5. George is my first cousin and we grew up together in Cedar Rapids. We were big into Hobbies: AFX Slot Cars, remote control boat cars with the direction of Les Abodeely, of course, lol. Then he transitioned to mini bikes, motorcycles, dune buggies, then at 16 George had his awesome brown Camaro, Blue Van, black Corvette, Porsche and as an adult, Ferrari’s and Lamborghinis. George would Light Up a room, make you laugh Hysterically with his stories and help you with anything you needed. I will miss my dear cousin George. Memory Eternal. Jeff, Ethan and Sophia Abodeely

I have some pleasant memories growing up with Georgie as his laughter is effortless. I will miss him so much, we all will. People need to be like Georgie as this world is getting ugly and people are too selfish. I miss you Georgie, you were loved and valued for sure, YOU ARE MISSED ALREADY! Bless your heart in heaven! 6. I remember George back when we lived at Gateway Gardens. We used to ride our motorcycles all over the trails and down by the Sheraton Hotel. We had a hell of a lot of fun. Also remember going down to Farrah’s Lounge on Sundays to help clean up. Haven’t seen Georgie in a long time but I remember fondly the good times we had

  7. I have loved Georgie since he was a baby! I was the weekend babysitter for Tammi, Riggie, and Georgie (also a cousin!) for quite a few years!! Georgie was always the comedian of the group! Full of fun from little on! When he grew up we’d run into each other at Gatsby’s and Georgie would run into my arms and then drape his arm around me and tell everyone ” It’s OK she’s my babysitter!!” as we walked through the bar!!! My heart broke when I heard of his passing. He will always be my little Georgie.

  8. Damn Georgie, RIP Brother, You always lived life to the fullest. I have a lot of stories running with you back in the day in Las Vegas. It was funny brother. I can hear you calling my NAME JJJJJOE! You will be missed! My prayers are with all of the family. Tammy, Renee, Jeff and Marina. With all my love Joe Mody

  9. I’ll always remember going to Las Vegas one time and getting to ride in one of his Lamborghinis or Ferraris. He was such a great guy and very funny.

  10. What an amazing person and what a remarkable life George led. His shining personality will live in his friends and families hearts.

  11. To Rene & Grandpa Jack Cookman, Tammy & John, Zach, Gina, & Zita Ray, we are so sorry, and deeply saddened with the lost of our Cousin George. We know he’s in a better place, pain free, surrounded by family and friends. We regret, we’re not able to travel to Cedar Rapids for his services, but please understand, he will be in our hearts, forever. But, what a life he lived! His flamboyant personality, along with his smile, instantly lit up the room. He is so happy to see everyone, listen to what’s happening, and anxious to share stories, of his latest adventures. There are so many layers to my Cousin George, always keeping family as his top priority. George was born, with a need for Speed! Living life in the fast lane, always in 5th gear, and never looking back, or slowing down, this was our cousin. So on behalf of the Eazor, and Horwath families, we are proudly donating a brick, at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, in honor of George Farah Motor Sports, and George Farah, (see below). We Love You George, always have, and always will ❤️ Will Miss You Cousin, Dawayne, Sue, Nan, John, Kyle, Lindsey, Christian, Savannah, Corey, Lindsey, Leah, Gina, Nick, Enzo, Tim, Dawn, Nathan, Tessa, Theo, Addison, Natalie, and Dylan.

  12. I’m so sorry to hear of Georgie’s passing and at such a late time. My deepest and sincerest condolences to Renee and the rest of his siblings. I met Georgie through and office I ran. He was the kindest most generous man. I became friends with him. Eventually helping him in the search for a housekeeper who wouldn’t ruin his stainless front refrigerator doors🥴 He was generous always to myself, my son and my family. A friend and an encourager in all of life’s hurdles. Seeing the best and offering the best advice. He will be deeply missed by my family. I offer my prayers and love to his family as they learn to navigate life without that huge smile, true zest for life, and his need for speed☺️ God bless each of you🤍

  13. My name is Eddie Curran. I met George in shady cove while working at shady cove customs. He was one of my favorite people in the whole world. It had been a couple years since I saw him but there was never any doubt about how good a friend he was. One of my best friends. I love and miss you brother. I wish we could have hung out more.
