Duane Roy "Pops" Tomberlin, Sr., 70 of 40thSt. Dr., S.E., Cedar Rapids, died Saturday February 9, 2008 in his home from cancer. There will be an open house from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m., Saturday, February 16, 2008, in Copacobanas, Cedar Rapids. Arrangements by Morgan Funeral and Cremation Choices, Mount Vernon Chapel. Pops is survived by three children: Duane (Debbie) Tomberlin Jr., Cedar Rapids , Tawny (Chris) Tomberlin of Marengo and Lisa (Gary) Tomberlin, Cedar Rapids. Pops is survived by his two brothers, Carl and Bill Tomberlin of Hudson, Wisconsin, three sisters Carol McGuire, Oquawka, Illinois, Pat Bauman of Bemiji, Minnesota, and Diane Linaman, of Boyceville, Wisconsin, and several nieces and nephews.
