Dale A. Brewer

Dale A. Brewer, 57, of Marion, died at home on Wednesday, February 4, 2015. A gathering of family and friends will be from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids. Casual dress is encouraged.
Survivors include his wife, Teresa; daughters, Heather (Derrick) Buchanan, Kristie (Mike) Woods, and Brandy (Chris) Cerna; sisters, Kelly Brewer and Melanie Franks; and grandchildren, Keena, Becca, Damien, Russell, Willow, Teresa, and Tatum.
Dale was born May 3, 1957, in Syracuse, New York, the son of Wayne and Jacquelyn (Miller) Brewer. He married Teresa Reif on July 31, 1978. He enjoyed being outdoors especially hunting, fishing, and archery. Dale will be remembered by his family as a loving father and husband and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Tom; sisters, Debbie and Bonnie; and nieces, Tara and Tanja.
Memorials are suggested to the Hall-Perrine Cancer Center.

I am sorry to hear about Dale. I grew up with his family living next door to us. Terry and Doris Bilsland and Pam, Debbie, kay, Vicky and Ron. Dale and his family spent many hours with us, our parents played cards and us kids did pretty much what ever. Dale and his family were like we were all one happy family. I haven’t seen anyone for years and just want you to know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
