Barbara J. Stotler, 82, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Monday, November 21, 2016. Private Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Marion, is caring for Barbara and her family.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Dees; grandchildren, David (Majos) Dees, Ashley (Mendy Phillips) Dees, and Christopher Dees; and great-grandchildren, Alaina Gilson and Dominick Dees.
Barbara Dahl was born December 16, 1933, in Cedar Rapids, to Crist and Irma (Slapnicka) Dahl. She married Russell Stotler on December 28, 1968 in Missouri. She worked processing orders for FMC Linkbelt, then in security at various places. She was always an active and independent woman, and found joy in helping women's shelters and finding garage sales with her daughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Ronald Schultz.

My sympathy to Barbara Jean`s Family. She was my cousin on her mother`s side. Her grandmother was my grandmother`s sister. I remember Barbara from many years ago. May she Rest in Peace.
