Audrey Jean (Bennett) McGuire, 83, of Cedar Rapids, died at home on Monday, July 26, 2021. Funeral Services: 11 a.m. on Friday, July 30, 2021, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids. Visitation: 9-11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Burial: Mount Calvary Cemetery Cedar Rapids. She is survived her daughter, Pam (Craig) Webster; brother, James (Charlesy) Bennett; sisters-in-law, Ruth Bennett and Patricia Bennett: many nieces and nephews; dogs, Jakey and Riley; and cats, Sonny and Onslow. Audrey was born February 24, 1938, in Dubuque, Iowa, the daughter of William and Edna (Gertskamp) Bennett. She graduated from Franklin High School in 1955. On December 8, 1956, she married Wesley McGuire in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. Audrey worked as an ATM teller for Merchants National/US Bank for many years. She enjoyed reading, flowers, caring for animals, and eating ice cream and chocolates. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wesley; brothers, William (Janet) Bennett, Ronald Bennett, and Richard Bennett; and nephew, Ronald Bennett, Jr. Memorials are suggested to Audrey's family.

  4. I saw Aunt Audrey at many Bennett family events and even though I am not technically family she was always welcoming and treated me as if I were. She was a very kind and decent lady. May she rest in peace
