Kirk and family, I want to express my condolences to you and your family about your Dad’s recent passing. I have you all in my thoughts and prayers. I lost my own Dad in July, and I know that this is a difficult time for your family. I believe that I met your parents years ago back in our UNI days, and your Dad had a great sense of humor. May God bless you all, lean on Him for strength.
I worked with Tom at Yellowbook in Distribution, he was a very uplifting warm person. Tom spoke of his children and grandchildren often, he was very proud of his family. Tom will be missed by many at Yellowbook, he daily said “good morning” to everyone he met as he walked to his desk. My deepest sympathy to his family. Tom left us all with many happy memories to remember him by.
I had the pleasure of working with Tom at Yellowbook. He always came in so cheerful and everyone looked forward to his arrival. He kept everyone laughing with his little songs and jokes. He kept everyones day a postitive day. He knew everyone’s name and always called you by name. Tom was put on this earth to brighten everyone’s day whether it was with humor or advice. Tom was the greatest and will be missed by everyone he ever had contact with. My thoughts and prayers are with all his family – his memories will last forever.
I had the pleasure of working with Tom at yellowbook. I looked forward to everyday at work to hear him say “Goodmorning Fun Seekers”. He could make everyone laugh all day long. Hello, I had the pleasure of working with Tom at Goodwill and continued to keep in contact with him with e-mail. He was an amazing person and always made me laugh. He will be dearly missed. You are in my thoughts during this very sad time. My condolences to all of you.
Tom was the highlight of everyday I worked with him at Goodwill. He was always good for a laugh with his numerous jokes, and he was always willing to help someone, listen if they needed an ear, or do wahtever it took to help someone have a better day. I will always remember him as a bright spot in my life. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
30 years ago Tom Bostwick hired me at Norand. I never met a more caring man. I will certainly miss his smile and the conversations that we would have. May God give you and your family peace, knowing that we will all meet again. Take care.
Dear Bostwick Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Tom at General Motors in the 60’s when he worked in HR. My dad Tom Jeffery and Tom worked together hiring hundreds of people when GM was adding a second shift. His wry sense of humor and deadpan look made us all laugh especially when things were tense. He will be greatly missed. The comments above reflect the same character he has exhibited all those years!! Sincerely, Bill Jeffery
Tom was loved and loved. He will be missed and I am just grateful I had the chance to meet him and get to know him. (Yellowbook 07/08) He’s obviously made a positive impact on everyone he’s ever met and I hope you’re family can find some peace. God Bless. Nobody could brighten a bad day better then Tom.
I worked with Tom at Yellowbook in Distribution. He was a very warm and compassionate man that always brought a smile to my face. He always had a positive outlook no matter what the subject. I remember training him on the phones in the call center when he first started. It was my pleasure to get to know him, he was smart and full of humor and he will be greatly missed. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. We know Tom will be looking down on us as one of God’s special angels. God Bless you all!
