Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. We are deeply sorry for your loss ~ Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services – Mount Vernon

  2. You were always so kind. I remember the first time we met. You gave me a book to read. Forever in our hearts! Gone way too soon.

  3. When I think of my childhood most memories include Nick. Nick, Drew, and I roamed the northwest side of Cedar Rapids having the best time of our young lives. I’ll always remember Steve taking us to Missouri to get fireworks, and riding in the car with Nick and Lisa listening to the Godzilla 2000 soundtrack. I’ll miss you dear friend.

  4. Nick, you were a fabulous guy. Earnest, honest, an ever-evolving seeker, and a hard working guy. Confident, accomplished, questioning. You made my daughter happy, and even if it that was all I liked I’d be grateful. But I got to know you, and you trusted me, the girlfriend’s mom, and I will always appreciate that. We never know why these things happen. Life can be really f’d up at times. But I know you’re here in spirit – I’ve felt it. I know you’re watching over those hurting most. Peace brother. This earth and its endings can really suck at times, but the journey ahead is limitless. When we shed this the vistas of infinity become our home. Visit often and stay in touch.

  5. I will always remember Nick as a wonderful person and a good photographer. He was also a caring and supportive individual to those closest to him
