George was my “boss” for a time back in the late 60’s when we both worked in the former Turner Microphone Company engineering Lab. I had not seen him in many years and am sorry to hear of his death.
Hello Konkowski Family. What a sad way to reconnect. I wanted to let you know you all are in my thoughts and prayers. I know no words can help ease the pain you are going through right now and for a time to come. But please know George is home, therefore, more able to be with you along your journey until you too are back home. I will be thinking of you and lighting a candle for you each and every day. Peace Darcy
Just wanted to share my condolences with the Konkowski family. We were neighbors in Cedar Crest Woods, and I have many good memories of growing up there and especially the Konkowski kids. Love and comfort to you all.
I was very sorry to hear of George’s passing. He was a very nice man and set an excellent example as a father. I am so sorry Marilyn … and Kathleen, and the entire Konkowski family. It is never easy to lose your father, mine passed away in May of 2000. I remember when your family moved to Cedar Crest Woods from Woodale, IL. and Kathleen and I were in the same grade at Mt. Vernon. May God bless all of you at this sad time. With sincere sympathy, Beth
