Dave Rasdal is best known for his beloved “Ramblin’” column in The Gazette, which entertained and inspired readers across Eastern Iowa for more than 30 years. His storytelling has earned numerous honors, including Iowa Newspaper Columnist of the Year and the Master Columnist designation from the Iowa Daily Newspaper Association.
