Vicky McNally

Vicky McNally, 62, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was reunited with her beloved cat, Oscar, on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at the Oldorf Hospice House, Hiawatha, Iowa, after a long battle with Lupus. No services are planned. Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Vicky was born in Germany on December 9, 1963, to Gerald and Alice (Good) Wirth. She served in the United States Navy until her honorable discharge. Following her military service, Vicky worked as a dental hygienist at Gentle Dental and more recently worked as a customer service technician for US Cellular. She had a special love for horses and her beloved dog, Izzy. Vicky also enjoyed cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and was an avid watcher of General Hospital.
She is survived by her son, Shawn McNally; sisters, Christine (Scott) MacTaggart and Cindy (Rick) Ness; brother, Brian James; grandchildren, Valerie, Gabriel, Elias, and Lillian; numerous nieces and nephews; dog, Izzy; and cat, Annie.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Wirth; mother, Alice James; and daughter, Megan McNally.
