Linda Brunscheen, 81, of Solon, Iowa, passed away peacefully after a long illness, surrounded by the love of her family. The family is being cared for by Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids.

She is survived by her sons, Matt Brunscheen and Kirk Brunscheen, both of Cedar Rapids; her daughter, Kelly (Troy) Winegar of Solon; and her grandchildren, Tyler (Kelsey) Winegar of Ely, Tate Winegar of Solon, Brie (Nick) Henry of Solon, Kirk Michael Brunscheen, Cedric Brunscheen of Des Moines, and Logan Brunscheen of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

Linda was a longtime CPA in Cedar Rapids and took great pride in serving her clients. She was a devoted fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes, enjoyed traveling, and especially treasured time with her family.

Memorials may be directed to The Bird House Hospice Home in Iowa City in Linda’s name.
