Philip Gordon Thomsen II, 83, of Mount Vernon, passed away Wednesday December 14, 2022, at the Solon Nursing Home. No services are presently planned. A celebration of life will be held Spring 2023 in Illinois. Stewart Baxter Funeral and Memorial Services of Mount Vernon is assisting the family.
