I was blessed to be one of her students at Sacred Heart in Waterloo and I still play trumpet to this day. I’ve had the honor of playing at several of her jubilees over the years, rest in peace Sister Lenore.
Sister Lenore was a very special woman. She encouraged and challenged me to be my best and she did that for all of us. She had us singing classical four part harmonies in grade school at St. John’s. We always had wonderful music in Church and entertaining recitals. Remembering her brings a smile to my face and heart. Susan (Sinnwell) Joyce
