Elsie Lynn Dulin was born sleeping on December 17, 2016, in Cedar Rapids. Family and friends will gather to pay respects and share love and support at 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her parents, Jessica and Frankie Dulin; siblings, Kyle (Ashton) Dulin, Deion Dulin, Brihanna Bunten, and Makinnley Dulin; grandparents, Conneye and Jerry Leas and Allan and Teresa Merchant; niece, Dylinn Dulin; and many close family and friends.
Elsie was preceded in death by her grandfather, Terry Dulin; paternal great-grandparents; and two cousins, Cameron and Devon.
