Carol Lagrange

Carol Lagrange, 90, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, February 18, 2016, at Heritage Nursing Home. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 25, 2016, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Cedar Rapids. Visitation: one hour prior to the service. Burial: Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Carol was born March 19, 1925, to Edward and Florence (Dolan) McNamara. She was a hard worker and volunteered for The Closet and was a member of the Catholic Daughters for 40 plus years. Survivors include her daughter, Debara LaGrange of Wyoming; brother, Eugene (Alma) McNamara of Cedar Rapids; sisters, Margaret Bride of Clearwater, Florida, and Theresa Eden of Las Vegas, Nevada; grandchildren, Crystal, Jessie, and Travis; great-grandson, Casey; niece, Aimee Gregor; and many other nieces and nephews. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Leo and Joe McNamara; and sister, Mary Gregor. Carol's family extends a sincere thank you to the generous caregivers at Heritage Nursing Home and Hospice.
