I am so glad I knew your Mom. She was a loving and gracious lady. When I visited her at Cherry Ridge and Hallmark, she was always so cheerful. Thank you for sharing your Mother with us! Now we have another angel watching out for us! Terese Pisarik
I will be missing your hugs and laugh. Love you. God bless your family.
I remember sharing time and playing dolls with Pauline in the “big house” before it was moved. Always cookies and juice to enjoy while playing. My sympathy for your loss. Charlotte was a smiling, happy neighbor.
Dear Janet, Pauline and family, I was married to Ed Pospisil, and lived on the farm in Mt.Vernon. Your mom came to me when I was a massage therapist. I just want you to know I was sad to see she had passed. She was a good woman, devoted to all of you-loved visiting you after your Dad passed. I can still hear her laugh and the way she would say, “never-the-less”. You girls were her pride, and her love. She was very “bonded” to the area and the farm, and I’m sure these past few years were a struggle for you.All of the best, Victoria Gress (I have remarried and live in the Quad City area with my husband. Between us we have my two daughters and his two girls.) I miss Mt.Vernon, but have a good life traveling all over with my husband.
