Lawrence L. Givens, 55, of Hiawatha, died Sunday, March 1, 2009, at the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Hiawatha, following a short illness. Memorial Services: 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 5, 2009, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids. Survivors include three daughters, Janelle Givens of Hiawatha, Sherron Smith of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and LaDonna Givens of Chicago, Illinois.
