Oh Scotty – I just found out. I am deeply saddened by his passing. I saw a call from him on my phone but was in recovery from dental surgery and couldn’t talk. It must have been you calling because my friend Rick was already gone. You know I loved him. Rick was one of the sweetest, kindest, most wonderful people I will ever know in this life. If you need anything, please call me.

Rick, You will certainly missed! Thank you for all the great influence you had on me in my life! I was blessed to have you in mine as so many others lives you touched!
Scott,
Your father was one of nicest guys I have ever known. His good-hearted nature was and always will be an inspiration to me.
Sorry about your loss. He was a great person to be around.
Kobi:
I’m very sorry I won’t be able to attend the funeral to give you my condolences in person. Rick was such a nice guy, back at Hamilton and then at The Gazette.
My deepest sympathy.
