The first time I met Quentin I felt like I had known him all my life. Maybe it was because we were both born on December 15th. His shy smile and easygoing ways welcomed all people in spite of their station in life. His intelligence, love of God and country and, a good sense of humor won him many friends. I will never forget you Quent. Thanks for the education. Your job is complete Sailor, thanks for your service. May you rest in peace in the arms of Jesus. Jan Harding
