My prays are with you Mike. Alway enjoyed visiting with you and Maureen on Sundays.
I worked at St. Pius for many years. I knew and honored Maureen as our Mustard Seed person of prayer. My thoughts are with your family.
June & Family – sending my deepest sympathies for the loss of your mom, and hoping your cherished memories of her bring you comfort during this time. – (your New Life Fitness friend from many years ago)
I am so sorry to hear of Maureen’s passing. I can still envision the lively and loving Markham home on 2nd Avenue when our children attended Immaculate Conception School together and also later when the Markham family moved to their home across from Broadcast Park. Maureen loved her garden and flowers at that home. Lovely Maureen never lost her Irish dialect nor her warm and caring manner.
My son, Steve, and Mike were friends during their I.C. years.
Wow! I have memories of more than 35 years. Think of the memories all of you, as a family, have of a wonderful wife and mother. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Mike, I know you will miss your loving wife and friend. Ah, the sweet memories you have to cherish – the fiery red head who knew how to temper every moment throughout married and family life.
What a lady – God let her live a long life because she had so much to share with so many. I am thankful to have known Maureen.
